Salmich's Burgers & Hoagies

I kept passing this place, Salmich's, on Little Creek Road in Norfolk. But, when I was searching for a really good burger, The Virginian-Pilot website said that this humble looking establishment had one of the best burgers in Hampton Roads. So, I had to investigate and I thought the newspaper website was right! The flavors of The Bacon Burger were well balanced with each classic taste delicious and not so overwhelming! It was like enjoying a classic American meal, but everything was enhanced and you could taste it in greater detail! This complemented the thick, well done patty covered in melted cheese. Also, some of the fries had a certain crisp to it and even better with vinegar sauce. The wings were very impressive and presented well. They were thick and succulent and were provided with that "mich" flavor that had a balance of sweet and spicy. Overall, delicious!
