When my car was waiting for its repairs at the Firestone on Military Hwy, I decided to go to a place down the street for lunch and that place was Genghis Khan Mongolian Bar-B-Q.
The exterior may not look like an extravagant fortress that Genghis Khan himself would settle in, but inside was a nice clean dining area and a fully operational stir fry station complete with vegetables and various meats like chicken, beef and pork. Lo-mein could also be added to your bowl to help fill it out.
Although stir fry maybe a basic method when it comes to cooking, Genghis Khan's men made it look effortless and it was quite entertaining to watch. Check out the following video!
Along with the stir fry, you are welcomed to have reinforcements with your meal like rice, a beverage (I got water), and hot and sour soup. Egg Drop soup was also an option. Sesame bread was also served.
Overall, it was quite good for the 12-dollar price tag; especially, since it was all you can eat!
And yes, combine sauces to optimize the flavor of your stir fry! You will not regret it!
